Southern
Adirondack Pines COVID-19 Policy (Updated 6/19/2021) -
Now that NYS has lifted many of the COVID mandates, we feel comfortable
easing some of the restrictions we've had in place for the 2021 season.
These changes are based on the majority of
people visiting us being fully
vaccinated. Please keep in mind that if you are not fully vaccinated,
CDC guidelines recommend you wear a mask when you cannot maintain social
distancing. The NYS Dept of
Health still requires us to have a COVID Safety Plan.
We will continue to have a full day between
reservations in our rentals to allow sufficient time for proper
sanitation and ventilation between guests.
• If you have been exposed to
COVID-19, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive
for COVID-19, please let us know
and we will cancel your reservation and give a full refund of your
deposit.
• You will be required to wear a mask for the check-in process unless you are fully vaccinated. Please follow all signs posted in our facility. Here's the latest CDC guidance for those that are not fully vaccinated - https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html
• We will continue for the remainder of this season to accept
reservations only from RV's that have self-contained bathroom
facilities. This will help limit use of the campground bathrooms and
make it easier to maintain sanitation protocols. We expect the
campground community bathroom/shower facilities to be open by June 23.
You must wear a mask in the bathroom facilities if you are not fully
vaccinated.
• Visitors for the remainder of the 2021 season are allowed. You may
have up to 2 people beyond the stated occupancy of the rental or
campsite during the day. Visitors must leave by 10:00PM so that the
stated occupancy for your accommodation or campsite is not exceeded.
• Please sign up in advance for an available time slot to use the
laundry. You must wear a mask while using the laundry if you are not
fully vaccinated.
• Our game room will remain closed for everyday use during the 2021
season to help protect those under 12 that are not eligible to be
vaccinated. If we host a special event (i.e. bingo night) for those over
12, we will require proof of vaccination for anyone not wearing a mask
wanting to participate.
• The public beach is now operating as normal.
The beach is open on weekends only until June 24th.
